Planning Poker Card Deck Template

The pandemic changed the way many teams work. Many organizations were forced to shift to remote work. Tools like planning-poker.games became critical as physical meetings were not possible. While many companies stick to remote work, we also see a trend of teams returning to the office.

Why In-Person Estimation Sessions are Valuable

Although planning-poker.games is one of my personal favorite tools, I love having in-person estimation sessions with my team.
The discussions become more open and stimulating, and you can see the reactions of your team members in their eyes.
Face-to-face interactions often lead to better communication and understanding among team members, helping to build trust and camaraderie.

Additionally, in-person sessions tend to be more engaging because you aren't distracted by notifications or the temptation to multitask, which can sometimes happen in virtual meetings.
